NEW ART FEBRUARY 2023 inspired by the American southwest and the northern half of Mexico, my most recent paintings were nonetheless a struggle against darkness. Optimism of some kind must be the first step in solutions, and thus cultural solutions, to the problems we care about. Information problems are often the first obstacle in the use of our heads and our hearts. Our collective struggle against left brain domination including through technology’s brain preferences matters more than conventional emphases typically allow it. MERCHANDIZING the final moment of artistry in production, beautiful, impactful displays organize customers’ experiences and help them find what they were looking for or that item they would have missed, but especially merchandizing creates their positive experiences. I apply a fine arts eye with standards to create fulfilling interior spaces. With many visual merchandizing professional experiences, I apply my keen talents to a makeover, touch ups, or just maintenance.

DECOR creating harmony and balance, bringing out the relaxing, revitalizing, or just cool vibes in a balance of colors and shapes, from hand painting tiles and tables to pillows and tablecloths from my art fabric line.

FASHION DESIGN ubiquitously, human dress and adornment are a cultural value. Here I showcase garments that I designed and sewed at a human pace, both recycling preexisting clothes I deconstructed into fabric pieces then sewed into fashionable pieces and making items from fabric printed with my original abstract art.
